Short-Term Rental Program Review Survey Now Open

As part of our ongoing review of the Short-Term Rental (STR) Licensing By-law and program, we've launched a public survey for all residents, operators and prospective operators of STRs in Highlands East.

The survey will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on April 2, 2026. We encourage you to submit your feedback before the deadline to ensure your input is considered as part of the review process.

Your participation is an important component of Council’s directed consultation process, which also includes written submissions, direct outreach, and a public meeting.

Paper copies available

Paper copies of the survey are also available at the Municipal Office of the Municipality of Highlands East, located at 2249 Loop Road, Wilberforce during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for those who prefer to complete a hard copy.
