Notice of updates to User Fees and Charges By-law

The Municipality of Highlands East is updating the User Fees and Charges By-law, which sets out the costs for a wide variety of municipal services delivered by the Building, Environmental, Fire, Parks and Recreation and Facilities, Planning, Public Works and Administration Departments.

• The proposed by-law will come forward at the December 9, 2025 Regular Meeting of Council for review.
• The by-law will be posted on Civic-Web on Friday December 5, 2025 within the agenda for that meeting.
• Final consideration of approval will take place at the January 2026 council meeting.
