Notice of Wilberforce Water Plant Maintenance

The Environment Department will be conducting scheduled maintenance at the Wilberforce Water Plant on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, beginning after 8:30 a.m. to accommodate morning routines for work and school.

As part of this work, pressure tanks will be replaced, and water service will be temporarily unavailable for all users connected to the system during the maintenance period.

Important Service Disruptions

• No water service will be available during the maintenance.
• The Municipal Office will be closed on Wednesday, October 8 and will reopen on Thursday, October 9 at 9:00 a.m.
• The private well water testing service normally offered on Wednesdays will be suspended for the week. If testing is required, residents may take their samples directly to the Haliburton Health Unit.
