Additional payment options now available

Highlands East is now accepting Telephone and Internet Banking payments as well as Electronic Fund Transfers for all payments other than property taxes.

Telephone and Internet Banking

Any payments payable to the Municipality of Highlands East that are not property taxes can be paid through the bill payment remittance option through your financial institution using the information below:

  • Bill payee name: Municipality of Highlands East - Miscellaneous
  • Account Number: Your 9 digit Customer ID found on your invoice.

Electronic Fund Transfer

Secure Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) are now being accepted by the Municipality for all payments other than property taxes. Complete an Interac e-Transfer request through your financial institution to make the appropriate payment.
