We are seeking proposals for the supply and delivery of Vehicle Extrication Equipment for the Fire Department.
Details
The Municipality of Highlands East is seeking quotations for the supply, delivery, and in-service training of rechargeable extrication equipment (E-Tools) and related rescue equipment to outfit three (3) rescue stations with the following equipment:
- E Cutter
- E Spreader
- E Ram
- Set of High-Pressure Air Bags
- Vehicle Stabilization Strut System (require 2 per station)

Proposals must be signed, sealed, and clearly marked ”RFP-09-2026 Supply and Delivery of Vehicle Extrication Equipment” will be received until Friday, September 18, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the address below:
