RFP for Arena Canteen Services
The Municipality of Highlands East is inviting proposals from qualified professionals for the operations of the canteen in the Keith Tallman Memorial Arena for the upcoming ice season (2026-27). The term will be for one (1) year, with the possibility of an extension for up to an additional one (1) year based on performance.
Details
Term begins October 5, 2026 and runs through to March 31, 2027. The successful proponent will be responsible for operating the canteen during evening and weekend arena business hours, with operating hours based on available rentals.

Sealed submissions, clearly marked, "Request for Proposal – Arena Canteen" will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at the main office located at the address below:
