Method of Voting

The 2026 Municipal Election for Highlands East will be conducted between October 16, 2026 and October 26, 2026, using Internet and Telephone voting methods only.

Voter Information Letters

  • Voter Information Letters will be mailed to every eligible person shown on the Voters’ List. Dates will be posted here as soon as those details are available.

Election Help Centre

The Highlands East Election Help Centre is located in the Wilberforce Municipal Office/Lloyd Watson Centre at 2249 Loop Road in Wilberforce.

Operating Hours

  • Regular Office Hours Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
  • Election Day Hours (October 26, 2026) between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
