Low Cost Adult DIY Fitness Time
When: Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Where: Lloyd Watson Centre, Wilberforce
DIY fitness time at the Lloyd Watson Centre is for adults and/or young adults wishing to use the space to do their own, self-guided exercises like walking the perimeter or doing yoga in the centre space. There is no formal instruction, the space is being made available for people to use as they see fit.
