Minutes for Council Meeting on March 23, 2010
At the March 23, 2010 council meeting, Council was presented with the 2010 preliminary budget. Council adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and reconvened at 7:00 p.m. in the Lloyd Watson Centre in order to provide information to those in attendance for "Marketing and Promoting Highlands East."
