Dark Lake Road Reopening
Council for the Municipality of Highlands East proposes to enact a by-law to open to vehicular traffic, Part of Lot A, Concession 21in the Corporation of the Municipality of Highlands East, in the geographic Township of Cardiff, County of Haliburton, being Parts 1 and 4 on Plan 19R-7541; and part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Dark or Pusey Lake, in front of Lot "A", Concession 21, in the Corporation of the Municipality of Highlands East, in the geographic Township of Cardiff, County of Haliburton, shown as Parts 2 and 3 on Plan 19R-7541.
The lands affected by this By-law have been and were used and formed part of a public highway known as Dark Lake Road; and the lands hereinafter described were stopped up and closed to vehicular traffic pursuant to By-law 24-2003 for the Corporation of the Municipality of Highlands East.
Notice is hereby provided that a public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 9th, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, Wilberforce, Ontario.
